Inspirations Paint in Wagga Wagga recently underwent a dramatic transformation, with their 300sqm shop floor now showcasing four different designer looks using epoxy flakes.
The original substrate was quite porous with fine cracks, so it underwent concrete crack repair before two coats of Dulux Avista Waterbased Epoxy in Chris White were applied by roller. Dulux Avista Decorative Flakes in Ashy Grey were hand cast as partial flake in the main area, and as full flake in the back area. Dulux Avista Natural Stone Look Flakes in Dalmatian Stone were used in a feature corner of the shop floor, while the central service area is contrasted with Dulux Avista Waterbased Epoxy in Black topped with full flake in Midnight Stone.
Two coats of Dulux Avista 2 Pack Urethane Concrete Sealer created a high gloss, hardwearing protective finish that is non-yellowing and resistant to chemicals and solvents.
When St Mary's Football Club in Geelong needed a fresh finish on their stadium walkway floors, SLH Concreting had the ideal solution.
